CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Here in New Zealand, please be rest assured that we have your back covered, you do not need to pay for any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you (This term applies to New Zealand only). Depending on tax laws of the country where you reside, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Because of the nature of the love doll and because of the personalized choices of our clients KARAKANO NEW ZEALAND runs the policy that no return is accepted unless there is a factory defect. The Customer must carefully inspect the item(s) as soon as they are delivered and notify KARAKANO team immediately via written communication i.e. letter or email. Under the situation where a customer notices any problems with the product, such as damage or delivery of a wrong item, the customer must return the item within 9 days from the date on which the customer had informed KARAKANO and thus the item will be replaced and upon receiving the returned item(s) the postage cost will be refunded thereafter. All returns must be packaged same as the factory setting in order to be accepted. All sex dolls come with no warranty so aside from the above there is no return / refund applicable thereafter.

DELIVERY POLICY

To respect your privacy your order will arrive with no item description listed (for domestic shipping). Each parcel is packed with bubble wrap to ensure your item(s) are not damaged in transit. With few exceptions, all KARAKANO dolls will arrive via DHL and uses shipping method of "door to door" which includes tracking information and insurance.After placing your order, the creation of your doll will then begin. The doll will take the artists 1-2 weeks to be created. On average the doll is created in around 1 week, however depending on the time of year and also back logs of orders, it can take up to 3 weeks. Once your doll is complete, KARAKANO will notify you via email and the shipping process will begin. Other than that, you will receive email confirmation and correspondence from our team. We are always available to discuss at any time via phone or email.If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another delivery attempt or telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order. If your parcel is taken to the nearest courier service place, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered. Preventing the silicone damage

Silicone products are very soft and prone to produce ruptures or folds or get damaged if not used properly. In use, please don't touch the silicone surface with sharp objects and particularly do not cut the silicone surface.

Once the incision appears on the silicone, it will be torn in the incision direction gradually if it is used continuously and be damaged completely.

DIY (do it yourself) repair methods:

Once any rupture appear on the doll's skin, please stop using it immediately and make repairs. Silicone cannot be used together with the common adhesive. For repair, please use the special repair agent we provide.

If the damage is not big, one can attempt to repair it by oneself. Firstly, ask for silicone repair agent from our customer service.

After receiving the repair agent, please adjust the doll to the posture in which the crack can fold first, and then cleanse the crack and the stains around it.

After it becomes dry, smear the adhesive on the crack. Finally fix the crack and wait for the adhesive to dry and solidify.

If there are holes, by the same token first adjust the doll to the posture like when it came out of the factory and keep the holes in sizes under normal pressure. Then cleanse the stains.

After it becomes dry, use adhesive to stuff the hole and polish it to make it consistent with the surrounding skin.

Finally wait for the adhesive to solidify completely. The special silicone adhesive needs 24 hours for curing and be careful not to move or squeeze it during the period.

The physical activity scope of the dolls

The dolls are made of simulation human body silicone. Due to the characteristics of the silicone product itself, excessive activity or too large a movement angle may result in the rupture of the silicone, thus please take care in use.

Here are activity limitations for every body part of our silicone doll:

The doll's head is connected to its body with metal connectors and can turn to the right and the left freely.

However, because its neck is fixed by the metal skeleton, the head-lifting and head-bowing forward and backward should not exceed 45 degrees and the head-swaying to the right and left should not go beyond 45 degrees.

The upper arms can be raised forward as high as to the chest, that is, about 60 degrees forward. They can be bent slightly backward for 5-10 degrees.

The doll's lower arms can rotate in one direction for 90 degrees. Because we set displacement restrictions on the bones, the lower arms cannot bend or rotate in the other directions. (just like a real woman's bones).

The waist:

The doll's waist can bend to the left and right horizontally, the angles for this are limited to 30 degrees.

The angles for waist bending forward and backward (waist bending and chest thrusting out) are limited to 40 degrees. When the body rotates right and left (waist twisting), the angles are limited to 40 degrees.

When the waist is bent and rotated simultaneously, angles in all directions are superimposed and the limits are reduced by half. For example, if bending the waist to the left while twisting it at the same time, the angle limits in all directions will be reduced to the maximum of 20 degrees.

The thighs of the DS dolls can be separated to both sides to the maximum of 130 degrees and for single leg splitting the leg can be increased to 100 degrees.

However, we don't recommend opening the doll's thighs too wide as the action can produce much too pulling force on the doll's silicone which can cause damage.

The safe leg opening angle that we recommend is 50 degrees at most to both sides and not over 15 degrees of the body's vertical line to the inside. For a single leg it should not be lifted upward over 90 degrees and bent backward over 15 degrees of the body's vertical line.

The lower legs can be bent backward to the maximum of 120 degrees and the recommended angle is 100 degrees. They have mechanical displacement restrictors and cannot be bent forward.

The doll's ankles can be rotated up and down 45 degrees both ways. Similarly they have mechanical displacement restrictors and cannot be rotated too much.

All the doll eyes are movable. The eye ball has spring structures inside, If you want to move the doll's sight line, first open the eye, push the eyeball al little back, then rotate the eyeball to the new angle..

Doll eyes rotation angle is limited to 120 degrees. Please do not rotate the doll sight line to a weird angle.

Introduction

For the simulation skin of the KARAKANO doll model, we use imported polymer human body silicone rubber as the material which is non-toxic and is without any peculiar smell.

When the silicone products are laid aside for a long time, there will be oil leakage on their surface which is due to that silicone oil is contained in the silicone formula and is a normal phenomenon.

You only need to wipe the surface gently with towel. Moreover, while dolls are being used or laid aside, dust and stains will adhere to their surface. In order to keep the good performance of the silicone skin and the cleanness of the silicone surface, please carry out maintenance regularly.

The maintenance intervals differ according to the service status and storage environment. Typically once a month is appropriate.

Maintenance methods

First dip the sponge or towel into warm water and then use it to wipe the doll's surface gently. If there is dirt or smears sticking to the silicone surface, please wipe it gently many times with soap water and don't daub it forcibly.

When one is wiping the silicone surface, please don't use corrosive cleanser such as strong acid and alkali solution, powerful disinfection solution and detergent, etc.

Soap, liquid laundry detergent, liquid shampoo, shower gel, or mild detergent can be used for cleansing

After the surface is dry put bath powder or talcum powder on the doll. In this process please wear a mask to avoid inhaling dust.

Maintenance of the joint parts

If the doll's joints are kept bent for a long time, creases and wrinkles will appear on its surface which is due to the improper posture it is placed in and prolonged pressure on the surface.

For example, if it is placed sitting in the chair for a long time, there will be horizontal lines on its abdomen.

Silicone has resilience, so when the doll is not used, keep it in the posture just like when it came out of the factory. It will reduce the stress on all joints. Lay the doll aside for few days. The creases and wrinkles will decrease and disappear.
